Safety First Collection
Our professional handling team collects your bags directly from either the Airport or your accommodation. Each item is tagged with a unique identifier and tracked in real-time as it moves toward the final destination.

Accommodation Handover
Your luggage is delivered directly to your accommodation from 3pm-5pm, providing a complete hands-free experience from start to finish. If you require an exact time please let us know in the booking form

Book your pick-up
Select your pick-up location and luggage type to book your bags with ease. We transport carry-on bags, standard checked luggage, and oversized items.
Please note that pickup times are scheduled within a set time window based on your suburb and our daily collection route. Exact arrival times may vary depending on other pickups scheduled in your area, so we ask that you allow 10 minutes either side of booking time for collection.
If there are any unexpected delays beyond your allocated time frame, our team will contact you directly.
Online bookings require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. For pickups needed within 12 hours of your preferred collection time, please call us directly to confirm availability.
