How is my luggage secured during the door-to-door journey?
Every bag is fitted with a unique identification tag at the time of pickup. Our staff treat every customer’s belongings with the utmost care, ensuring all items are securely stored within the vehicle during transit.
Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and advanced monitoring systems, so your luggage is never left unattended. Identification tags are only removed once the customer provides the correct booking details, at which point the luggage is safely returned.
Which pickup locations and timings do you provide?
Pickup times are scheduled by suburb, with your collection window based on your location. Enter your address to view your available time slots. If these don’t align with your plans, our team can assist with a custom time—just get in touch.
Where do I collect my bags at the airport?
Our clearly branded company van will be waiting with your luggage at the designated airport service point (Location 27 on the terminal map – “Shuttles”) at your pre-arranged time.
If your plans change or your travel is disrupted, simply call the number listed at the bottom of our website and we can quickly redirect your luggage as needed.
Can I book my luggage pickup online?
Yes, our online booking portal allows you to seamlessly arrange pickups from your accommodation to the airport. Simply enter your flight details and pickup location to confirm your booking and receive instant confirmation.
Can I leave my luggage locked inside my Airbnb for Pickup?
IIf you have an early start—perhaps to take advantage of a weather window for a skydive—and aren’t sure what to do with your luggage, we can arrange pickup directly from your locked accommodation with prior permission from the property owner or manager.
